Our Mission
Daybreak LifeCare Center’s mission is to surround our Midlands community with the love of Christ and offer a helping hand to those facing unplanned pregnancies and those in need of sexual health services. We provide a safe space for both women and men to learn about the available options, ask questions, and receive support. We envision a community where every person is empowered to make informed health choices and supported along the way. All of our services are free and 100% confidential. When you walk through our doors, it is a judgement-free zone. All are welcome.

From baby necessities such as clothes and formula to household supplies like laundry detergent, we provide essential items to expecting moms and dads through our in-house store, Taylor’s Boutique. The best part? Our “Baby Bucks” program allows you to earn credits to use in the store by attending educational courses, routine exams, and wellness check-ins. Taylor’s Boutique is a safe haven for you to access the resources you may need without judgement.

We trust women and support their right to make informed health and pregnancy decisions. Our staff and volunteers are ready to listen and provide support. We offer compassionate care to assault survivors facing unexpected pregnancies, support after an abortion decision, and a safe, caring environment to learn about your pregnancy options. All our services are confidential which means anything you say here or on the phone is confidential too.

Daybreak has been a part of the Columbia community for almost 40 years providing free medical services and pregnancy support. We care about our community and ensuring that you don’t have to face your situation alone. If you need to feel heard, need a safe place to talk about your options and your future, or are looking for support during or after your pregnancy decision, We are here to listen and help.
