Daybreak LifeCare Center provides free medical services for women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy. If you need a supportive place to make a decision and learn about your pregnancy options – start with us. We also provide information on emergency contraceptives, medical abortions, abortion procedures, abortion pill reversal, and at-home abortion pill laws in South Carolina.

Our free medical clinic services include lab-quality pregnancy tests, options consultations, ultrasounds, pre-abortion evaluations, abortion recovery, and medical referrals.
